This website is for London participants and athletes to register for the EAG Games in Sofia, taking place from April 18th to 20th, 2025. Registration must be completed through an official Armenian organisation, and this year, AGBU London is proud to facilitate the process for all our athletes on behalf of the Armenian community.

Saturday Night Dinner & DJ Party
Saturday night promises an unforgettable celebration of the first day of the Games, brimming with emotion and energy! Hosted by EAG Sofia, this special dinner offers plenty of opportunities to socialize, hit the dance floor, and let the rhythm take over.
Setting the tone for the night is the renowned Artur Nadosyan, who has curated an exclusive music set to keep spirits high. After a day of intense sports, attendees will be treated to a delectable selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes reimagined with a modern twist.

Sunday Night Ceremony & Gala Dinner
The highlight of the Games is the Grand Finale: Sunday night's Gala Dinner. Hosted by EAG Sofia, this magical evening will take place in the elegant main event hall of Hotel Marinela. This formal black-tie event will seat approximately 600 guests at round tables, where a meticulously curated multi-course menu promises a sophisticated culinary experience.
The evening will feature live music designed to elevate the dining experience, along with familiar tunes everyone loves. Surprises are in store, but we’ll keep those under wraps for now. The night will also include a special awards ceremony to honor standout achievements.

EAG Sofia also has made available these options outside the packages mentioned above for accommodation:
Triple Room (double room with extra bed): very limited vacancies, first come – first serve basis, NO additional fee
Single Room: package 1 or package 2 fee + 200 EUR
Single Suit Room: package 1 or package 2 fee + 500 EUR
Double Shared Suit Room: package 1 or package 2 fee + 350 EUR
Different time of arrival/departure. Special hotel rates have been negotiated for the participants of EAG 2025 who are willing to arrive earlier or to stay longer. In such case, please contact the hotel directly (just keep us informed for your arrival-departure dates).
Separate entrance only to the Saturday and Sunday social events may be announced later. These tickets depend on the remaining available places as participants with the above packages will have priority.
